This soft silk fabric features a delicate dusty blush-pink base with a smooth, fine weave and subtle silky sheen. The design is strongly Pichwai, depicting a rich pastoral and royal landscape with peacocks, deer, cows, horses, birds, trees, palm trees, water bodies, traditional figures and ornate architectural elements. The colourful scenic motifs appear in deep green, teal, mustard, rust, orange, cream, red and earthy brown, while intricate antique-gold floral vines, leaves and decorative motifs are layered throughout the background, creating a luxurious woven/zari-like effect.
